My Story

I’m Sehrish Sachwani, a Somatic Yoga & Nervous System Practitioner
but long before I ever held that title, I was simply a person searching for peace inside my own body.

Soma Harmony was born from a place I know intimately, a space of emotional struggle, self-doubt, and deep disconnection. For a long time, I lived with confusion, heaviness, and internal battles no one could see. I didn’t know what I was feeling or how to move forward. I just knew I needed something to change.

My journey into somatic healing, breath-work, and trauma-informed practices wasn’t planned, but it was necessary. Slowly, breath by breath, I returned to my body. I learned how to feel without shutting down. How to meet myself with softness instead of judgment. How to let self-compassion guide me back into clarity.

Along the way, I realized something.
There are so many people going through the same invisible battles: feeling drained, lost, ungrounded, overwhelmed, or stuck in trauma loops. People who just want to feel safe again, to breathe again, to believe they can move forward.

Soma Harmony is the space I once needed.
A space built on understanding, deep listening, nervous system safety, and embodied healing.
A space that helps people come home to themselves.

My intention is simple:
to offer a grounded, compassionate space where healing feels possible again…
and where people can finally say,
“I feel safe. I feel seen. I can move forward now.”

My Healing Ethos

A softer way of being. A gentler way of healing.I believe healing begins in the quiet places —
in the breath you finally release,
in the shoulders that soften,
in the moment your body whispers,
“I’m safe now.”My work is rooted in the knowing that transformation doesn’t come from force.
It comes from space ; from the body being allowed to speak, unwind, and reorganize at its own rhythm.

The Way I Hold Space

A soft, structured, nervous-system–led way of coming home to yourself.

I guide you through healing gently — through breath, somatic awareness, and trauma-aware practices that help your body feel safe enough to soften. Instead of pushing or analyzing, we work with your body’s natural intelligence, using a grounded flow that releases tension, regulates the nervous system, and brings you back into clarity.

My approach is simple:
Your body leads.
Your pace is honored.
Your healing unfolds gently, sustainably, and without force.

Through the Soma Harmony Method that I have created, we move from stuckness release regulation clarity, giving you a safe and empowering path back to yourself.
